I think it would be fun to cover tools like plenv, perlbrew, etc in addition to
talking about how and where modules are installed and how that information gets
stored in a given perl distribution.
Yes, I suppose I am volunteering to cover plenv, perlbrew unless someone else
really wants to. :)

I've got alot of experience installing perl modules both on windows and other
platforms (no VMS). Earlier there were some questions on this, but now it
sounds like most of them are worked out. Would you guys like to see something
on this or do you feel you're good now?
Alternatively we can just do a social thing next month.
