Actually I'm the official maintainer of aappleby's SMHasher testsuite for some years already.
And I successfully questioned djb's SipHash claims to be a secure hash function in the hash table context, which would deserve a CCC talk to get rid of the ongoing siphash security theatre. But who pays for that.
