Hi, I just looked at the HP support page, to find a new update for my BIOS too.
So I looked into what the program does when you start it (vmware/virtualbox is your friend :-)). It seems that all the stuff from extraction, BIOS image and flashing tool is one win program. And it extracts everything the moment you start the sp....exe file. Did anyone try to include that file into a bartPE windows boot CD? maybe that some way to update the BIOS of envy notebooks for all of us linux guys.
