What is the lowest ppi you have your files set to? If you use art papers (matte) it unfortunately will greatly reduce the life. If you want to do B&W on the Satin or Glossy the tonal range is excellent. The Glossy paper will (on BW) bronze on the HP Photo glossy proofing. You would need to coat it with a light Satin varnish to eliminate this. All Ilford papers bronze regardless BW or color. A bunch of other papers work well like Sommerset Velvet and Hahnemuhle papers. I'd love to try the Breathing Color papers too if they distribute here. -- Neil Snape photographer Paris France [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.neilsnape.com Website: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPDesignJet_Printers Post message: [email protected] Subscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List owner: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo!
