Running a job on a DesignJet 5000 dye and in the middle of printing, the machine decided the light magenta was out of ink. There was enough when the job started and in the middle, the machine just decided the thing was empty and stopped. This happened to us one before a while ago.
Turning power off, re-inserting the cart. doesn't do any good. Anyone seen this before? Know what would cause it? Thanks, Mark ------------------------ Yahoo!
