Nope, not unless you buy a 36" roll and set up the old chop saw to 
make one yourself.  This somewhat brutal process has been discussed 
here and elsewhere.

In the meantime, you'll find 24" rolls on the market which allow you 
to print 23.6" images.  The HP 130 does not do borderless prints.
