Thanks Teddy. I have replaced about 3 of the printheads (Black, magenta, and yellow I think). I have not replaced the ink, but they are each 3/4 or more full. They did all sit for about 6 months with no use, and the printer did get moved across country by a moving company, so perhaps the printer was shipped vertically while in it's box...
