Don't know about printing borderless on Tyvek, but the maximum print length on a Z3100 is 91 meters (!), depending more on the application and the OS. Harald Johnson
Harald: I'm not doubting what you say, I got the 66 inch number from HP's documentation, see it at http://h41186.www4.hp.com/country/us/en/pdp/designjet/Z2100- specifications_and_warranty.html?pageseq=812200 probably have to cut and paste to get it to one line, but look down for media length maximum (US) at 66 inches. I talked to HP yesterday, they did not have an exact answer either. He did say there was a maximum image size on the Macintosh. Now that would probably not be an issue, I am using a Mac with the latest system, but can send this to a Onyx RIP, regardless I did ask about the borderless printing, he said it should be no problem, but now I am concerned about the length question. We already have a brand new Epson 4800 sitting here right now that we bought in hope it would handle a specific function we do a lot of, but it is not able to do the job like we want it, and I am hoping we can ship it back at no penalty on an HP to replace our 2500CP. That is mainly why I am asking questions. Thanks for your thoughts and any further suggestions Ken ------------------------ Yahoo!
