I've personally had that problem with both my Z2100 and my Z3100. It was the firmware in my case, my Z2100 showed up with version 1.0.1 when the proper version was 4.0.0.4. My prints were showing up with a magenta tint that could not seem to be corrected, the images were looking fine from my Epson 9800.
