I've been using MIS inks for over 6 years, first with Epson printers
and now with my DJ130 and love them, I find the colors every bit as
good as the Epsons if not better, both Dye and Pigment.

I use the spongeless refillable cartridges both in the Epson C88 as
well as in the 130, they work great, easy to refill and you can see
your ink level.

As to longevity, they are supposed to last as long and longer than the
 manufacturers, I believe there is information on www.wilhelm.com, the
"guru" of archival inks.
