Check the list archives… there is a mod you can do to loosen up the springs
a bit.

I complained to HP about this some time ago. They said "it is part of how
the printer is designed; it is not a problem. Simply change the kind of
paper you are using".

Very nice indeed...

Subject: [HPDesignJet_Printers] Designjet 130 Be Damned!!

Hello and thank you for allowing me to participate in this forum.

I am searching suggestions related to my 130nr gripping my photo
paper so hard that it leaves an imprint in the paper.
(the length of the print)
It has done this since day 1 and I have not been able to sell a
single
Print with it because I dont dare offer it to my cusomters.

Only after 2-3 months does it even begin to go away.

Any one else share this problem?

Any suggestions. I have searched my manual from front to back
without any help what so ever.

Im currenly using Universal Gloss and alot of Satin paper by HP.

Justin
