Justin, I've been using a 5000 UVPS for over five years with canvas. Great results. I've successfully used HP Studio Canvas, HP Professional Matte Canvas, and LexJet Satin Canvas. I allow the prints to "cure" for 12-24 hours and then spray 4 overlapping layers of Premier Art Guard. I use the HP Studio Canvas media and icc profile provided by HP. The canvas holds detail well and can handle fairly aggressive sharpening in PS CS2. Hope this helps.
