No one else has answered, so I'll take a stab at this. I think offering to print poster sized print to the public is one good idea. If you have a scanner, people can give you their picture they want enlarged, you scan it, print it and charge them.
Offering to print poster sized prints to artists is another venue. There is tons of high resolution public domain images on the internet. Find your niche, market them to your customers.. you might be surprised.. I know I was!
