Hi Justin, There are no "special" soft proof profiles. You would use the normal ICC profiles. Go to http://h41186.www4.hp.com/country/us/en/downloads/iccmedia_profiles.html?pageseq=786373, choose if you want the ICC or Media profiles, download the one(s) for UV and you can soft proof all you want........;). The ICC profiles are the color profiles alone and the Media profiles contain the ICC profiles AND the media profiles for the printer.
If you are using PosterJet to print, you can also use these profiles, but it can be tricky. You can softproof using the method you mentioned below and that then proofs a specific media. You can also use the option, Convert to Profile and then choose any you want.
