I have just replaced the Lt Magenta cartridge on my DJ30 but the new one isn't recognised. I have tried wiping the electrical terminals of the catridge and printer with a cotton bud and a little alcohol to make sure thay were clean also tried re-inserting the new ink several times but still no luck. If I put the old one back in it is recognised, but of course says it empty. Has anybody any ideas as to how I can solve the problem other than buying another catridge as I have a lot of wedding pictures to print out in the next few days and can't get a cartridge locally.
