Like the cheapskate I am I may have waited too long to change cartridges. My lm and lc cartridges have been blinking low for a long time. Yesterday a print finally showed the inks have indeed run out. I changed the cartridges, but still have bizarro colors after another half dozen prints. Could the printheads be damaged?
I can find NO information, manual or help through Designjet System Maintenance. And frankly it's been so long since I've had any problems with the machine that I can't even recall how to do a cleaning cycle. Can anyone direct me to some info that could get me back on track?
