Thanks very much for this, I have tried this route, but each time, when it
gets to the page where the next one should be the download page, it never
connects. I have tried different routes to try to get to the same download but
without success. Maybe it is because it is not a current model? So my only
option seems to be to try and find someone who might have a pdf they can
forward to me.
