Some suggestions: A possible cause is that one of the printheads is blocked. Did you try a deep cleaning cycle ?
Are you selecting the right color profile ? Do you have extra magenta selected in the printer driver ? Worst case you might end up replacing a printhead, but don't do that without trying some of the opther options first.
