As I found out recently with a lightly used DJ90, heads are a consumable item and will have to be replaced at some point, although in my case the printer fairly well id'd the bad heads. I'm not saying you should jump and replace heads, just keep in mind. Run the diagnostics print from the system maintenance ap, make sure all six inks are laying down properly. If so, and if the calibration pass put down the cyan check mark, then perhaps something has "slipped" in your color management workflow. Please provide more specifics on your total workflow, maybe we can help.
