Please define High Image Quality? Resolution, Color Gamut, Color Depth, Drop Size, Dot Size etc.

What's your experience been with it? I don't think anyone who knows HP printers would disagree with you about the industrial plotters being made for high cycle duty, thus more reliable. Yet you are seriously mixing up construction quality with image quality. The DJ 30-130 line are certainly not in the same league as the 1055 etc but in image quality are in the highest image quality group that no others in the industrial printers will match. So yes those who need a plotter for CAD would be happier with a industrial printer over the 70 or 100 etc, but for photographic repro, the 30-130 are excellent printers that will far outdo the older industrial CAD plotters.
