Probably this has been covered before, but could someone with experience making canvas prints describe their workflow? I'm just starting to work with it and am noticing that the black ink especially does not dry like the other colors and remains very easy to smudge. What is the best protective coating, and do you normally use it before stretching or after? I've read where some people using before had problems with cracking, but makes sense to me to use it prior to stretching to protect the print since you basically have to work face down. Is Premier Art Print Shield a good product?.. I can pick that up easily here locally.
