They are available on CD. You just have to pay for the shipping. They figure if you bought one, you should have one with it. If you need to replace it, it will cost you.
I am actually surprised, as I was able to download the software for the 130. I would still search online, if not order the CD. Or if someone is able to upload it someplace, as it is likely a large size with all the profiles, goodies, etc. So far both my experiences with HP support have been VERY GOOD! I really am please with them. I do have to say the call routing needs a revamp. A couple weeks after my case, they called and asked if all is well. I think someone in HP is listening...and responding to the customers needs/satisfaction....and that is the heart of a brands future. Not by using lame questionares that force you to answer one way or another.
