Glad it's working out better now. Indeed, when making custom papersizes, one has to take into account the hardware margins of the printer. Thing is, I use PS models and with those, when creating custom sizes, you don't have to worry too much about those margins.
I just got a Z3100, but I work on a mac and did pritn a few jobs yesterday and all printed fine.
