I have a Designjet 130nr (running on Mac OSX), which has always been a little quirky. Lately, I can not print more than one or two prints in a row without it quitting mid-job. The printer pauses and I get the hour-glass sign. I can wait up to 5 minutes for the printer to spit out a piece of paper with a third of an image on it. If I try again, it does same thing. I have to restart my computer and printer to make another print. This is a waste of time and paper.
I think this might be related to the fact that I can not update the firmware in the printer. -Roberto
