Have you upgraded to the latest firmware? There was a bug in a previous one which didn't allow the resetting of the counter.

Replaced the cartridge as front panel asked for. Now it says the cartridge is full, with a capacity of 0, and prints but keeps notifying that it is full. Anyone know how to reset? Mike
