This is a case where USB enumeration of the Model is different from the
Model field in the deviceID.  We will add a "PSC_950xi" entry in
models.xml to fix this issue.

With libusb HPLIP uses USB enumeration for device discovery instead of
deviceID. USB enumeration is faster and always gives a serial number.

We are locating a PSC 950 to test faxing.
