When running the latest version of the automatic installer, it tries
to detect a network connection to (presumably) download and install
optional dependencies.
However, it wrongly states that my network connection is not working,
when in fact it is. This happens every time I try to run the
installer, no matter
what options I choose. Even when selecting "no" when it asks me if I
want it to install the optional dependencies, it tries to detect a
network and then fails.
