Okay, So the PS file I have looks okay when I view it. I tried printing it on these printers;
DeskJet 3940 Photosmart 3310 OfficeJet 7410 DeskJet 6540 DeskJet 6980 All of the printed the page with the same problem, the second and fourth 09 boxes from the bottom are not filling in correctly. I'm leaning towards there being some sort of PS problem..Although I am not an PS expert so I wouldn't be able to say for sure what the problem is in the PS. Sorry I couldn't help more..
