No, not currently. Fax support in HPLIP is still rather rudimentary. So far, we support a very simple PC fax send from Linux only. There is currently no support for Hylafax in HPLIP, but that is something that we are planning on investigating when time allows. You can certainly install the Windows driver and share the device by hotplugging USB or over a network.
