Which exact feature is missing that is available under Windows?
What exactly did you do to set up a queue for iPrint?
(Only a URL with general documentation how to do it doesn't help
for a particular case.)
What exactly did you try out to access the printer features?
As iPrint is proprietary software, there is probably nobody here
on this mailing list who can help you with iPrint problems.
Even I have no expert knowledge about iPrint so that even I cannot
help you regarding iPrint.
Therefore you should contact our official support contact regarding
iPrint problems.
Which printer features are available are listed in the PPD file
which you use in your particular case for your printer.
For the LaserJet 4345 there are two PPD files available in HPLIP
