Arkiel,Delete the printer, re-run hp-setup select option 2 from the "Found multiple possible PPD files" prompt, enter this path in manually;
/usr/share/ppd/HP/HP-OfficeJet_D145-hpijs.ppd.gzFor some reason hp-setup is not detecting the ppd file for your printer correctly, I'll address this with the engineer tomorrow.
