I am experiencing a difficulty with my HP DeskJet 6980. It would seem that the device enters a "sleep mode" after a certain period of inactivity. I have been impressed with HP products in the past, but I am losing my patience. Customer support provided by HP now ranks second only to Dell on my list of worst customer support with witch I have dealt.I hope that you can provide some insight into this issue.
