Hi,
I have a problem using fax on my HP 7140. I looked around in the archive
but didn't find an answer here. Maybe I must do something at the device?
My Problem:
hp-sendfax -n -pofficejet_7100_fax -f0XXX foo.pdf results in
Sending fax...
error: Could not get into active state!
error: D/L error state=4
error: Fax send error.
My setup:
- FC6
- hplip 1.6.12 (even with the FC6 version)
- HP 7140 using Network
- using LANG=C, LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LAN=POSIX (as I had some problems
installing with the installer not using LANG=C)
