Reconnecting thje printer (on the parallel port) doesn't make anything 
move, issue 2 is about USB ports, but my laserjet 4000 doesn't have a 
USB port. That is what is confusing me.

I don't seem to have hp-setup on my suse 10 system, although hplip is 
installed (version 0.9.4-4)
