Sorry for the delay.
I attach the output of hp-check.
I've defined 2 printers HP_NB and Photosmart_C6100 but both point to the
same printer.
I did that to 2 profiles for the printer : one to print in black & white 600
dpi and the other one to print in colour in 1200 dpi. So we do not need to
modify the options in the dialog box, we just have to select the printer.
Can it be the cause of my problem ? If so, how can I define 2 profiles that
point to the same printer ?
