I have a HP psc 1350 printer. It slowly began to be harder to access the
Director and Gallery until finally I could not access them at all. Since I had
the installation disc which came with the printer, I decided to uninstall the
printer and software and reinstall it, thinking this would solve the problem.
I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall, and was partly successful. I am now
able to access both the director and the gallery, but the driver for the
printer did not reinstall, and I am not able to print anything. What do you
recommend?
There is also a problem with the printer's photo card reading/printing
function. When a picture card is inserted in the slot, it will print the
thumbnail proof sheet. When the proof sheet selections are made and an attempt
is made to print the picture choices an error message comes up. Help!!!
