Back in November of last year I posted a problem with HPLIP version 1.6.9 on a
Suse 10.1 system with a Photosmart 7550: I could neither get a test page to
print nor do a color calibration (no printing there, either). This was
reported as a bug, and I have now installed HPLIP version 1.7.4 on the same
system.
Under 1.7.4, I can now get a test page to print, but the color calibration
still does not print out a page when it should so I can check the colors.
Every other aspect of my CUPS system works perfectly, and I get no errors in
the logs after running color calibration: just nothing sent to the printer.
I am attaching the output from hp-colorcal -g and hp-check. Thanks in
advance for any help you can give.
