Trays 2 and 3 are standard trays, so there is no item in the CUPS option webpage to enable or disable these trays. Only optional tray 1 can be disabled. But it seems that the print jobs are not prepared by a Postscript-preface in such a way that the printer recognizes the CUPS settings.
Is there somebody of the HP team out there who might have a simple answer?
