Hi, I've been trying to install HPLIP on my Mandriva 2007 Free, and two problems occur :
installing the ".run" file, it keeps stopping the installation right at the root password, it never goes any further, just stops there... installing manually, and after I got all the dependencies, it keeps concluding the ./configure with : configure: error: cannot find net-snmp support (or --disable-network-build) I checked : the packages are installed on my computer... Is it because an older version (which I cannot get to run anyway...) is already installed ? Thanks for any help...
