Having the community news in that first Monday slot immediately after it is recorded makes the program more useful and much more timely. Having it delayed by 2-4 weeks means that by the time it comes on the panel are talking about episodes which were released as much as 2 months earlier. Due to the nature of the content I think the reserved slot makes the most sense.
