I've finished the setup last night and am now currently running a 24 hour test :) The mumble client is ch1.teamspeak.cc on 64747 as normal. Everything for the streaming is configured on live.hackerpublicradio.org -> Mumble client is running there in a headless X session. -> The audio plays out to a Pulse Audio null sink. -> Dark-Ice picks up the audio and feeds it to icecast. -> IceCast streams it out. Once I'm happy that it's running stable I'll open port 8000 to everyone. Anyone who wants to administer the server during the show, should send their fixed IP address ASAP. I can then open the firewall port to allow them to access the server via vnc. Looking at the numbers from the previous years, we will not need additional mirrors.
