Ok. I take this as a request to finish thet podcast I said I would do
almost 2 years ago for my podcast solution. A combination of bash, cron
php and a few other things... My new years resolution will be to get
it done. Anyone wanting to badger me till I get it done is allowed....

i was a long-term totally happy hpodder user, but it's now
unmaintained and has dropped out of the debian repos. i've been
looking at the command line alternatives, so also look forward to
this. i presently swear at gpodder.
