The spam filter is good, and honestly I don't know of any enterprise
solution that doesn't take into account the sheer number of emails coming
in as a factor in scoring emails.

I don't want to completely whitelist in case someone gets compromised and
we start getting spam from a user getting compromised.  (Not to mention
spam rbls are quick to add, and not as quick to remove.)

I have trained the filter and because you are seeing this message, I think
it is doing its job.
