If you're still fighting with this, I've got a version uploading now - it'll take a while longer to finish (my upload rate here in the barren wastelands of New England's Kansas is only 850kbps or so), but other than a momentary discontinuity right at the 45:03 mark where the bad frame(s) is/are, I've got it all spliced together. Assuming nobody has beaten me to it and you still need it, you should be able to download it at http://hpr.dogphilosophy.net/rms-splice.flac in another half- hour or so when it finishes uploading.
