Hello HPR community,

I'd like to suggest a community python coding project (since I can't code
my way out of a wet paper bag) that would benefit the HPR IRC channel.
Currently there are two bots that are normally in the channel. Krayon is
the owner of OggBot and I am the owner of B0tly. Since OggBot seems to be
MIA from the channel quite often, I'd like to suggest a new python module
for B0tly to help out with it's custom functions.

B0tly is based off the Sopel IRC Bot project and info can be found:
https://github.com/sopel-irc

Not sure it's possible but a feature I'd like to see for B0tly would be to
check for the presence of OggBot in the channel before responding to it's
normal commands. That way there would not be duplicate chatter when both
are in the channel.

Thoughts & ideas ???
