Hi,

Attached are updated TT2 templates that fix issues with Apple webkit based
browsers.

Dave:  I didn't have your latest changes, so are not incorporated (but
happy to do that if you post them).
There is your initial .tpl template using the default start and end tags. I
have also created a .tpl.html one
which uses <!--% for the start tag, and %--> for the end tag. This allows
for a valid html file to be a template
file.This is convenience for anyone editing the html, their editor should
automatically colorize the html.

I tested this on my computer using:
