Thursdays are better for me. I could make Wednesday but have a
commitment at 8:30 on Wednesdays.

Based on times you provided, and my own schedule, it seems we have two obvious
choices:
Wednesday 16:30-18:30 UTC
or
Thursday 20:00-22:00 UTC
Tell me your preference, or pitch a better, but precise, time if you want.
Plan on 3 or 4 or 6 sessions over the course of as-many weeks. If at the end
of that, we're in a worse global state, we'll re-assess and....well, probably
play more often, if nothing else!
