So I am sick of companies that do not answer the phone .. then call you back 
from a random number and nobody answers the phone anymore and this problem has 
to be fixed ... is there anything I can do !?!??! Only thing I can think to do 
is setup a TTY <> SMS Text server and forlmaly request the company use TTY to 
contact them and myself ... ideas ?
Cell phones are NOT an effctive form of communication for your customers .. 
there needs to be some other way .... I'm not ansering 9000 spam calls a day 
for 4 weeks just to  find out results of health or PI ...

problem solved ??? setup a TTY server
 Dear [Hospital Administrator],  I am writing to request that [Name of 
Hospital] provide effective communication methods for deaf and hard of hearing

Currently, [Name of Hospital] relies primarily on telephone voice communication 
which is not accessible for those who are deaf or have hearing loss. I request

instead provide TTYs (text telephones) as an alternate communication method. As 
you know, the ADA mandates that hospitals and medical facilities must provide

communication with deaf and hard of hearing patients. The Department of Justice 
has specified that TTYs fall under required auxiliary aids. I ask that [Name of 
Hospital] install TTY equipment in patient rooms, nurses stations, registration
