Years ago I gave YH a try and soon I gave up. I only tried it on a small RPi,
but just like Klaatu stated, I would second that. A Restaurant, that serves
from Kebab, Korean, Sushi and Chinese - I wouldn't enter it. Focus on your
strength and do that well.
FreedomBox http://www.freedombox.org/ based on Debian,I startet on a RPi2 and
for Bookworm I did a fresh install on a RPi3 for Syncthing and
TinyTiny-RSS-which is slow, but now faster.
I had some headache, see link and I should send in my conclusion to that
forum-thread - nobody's perfect. At FBX you can also attend their Dev-Call if
you like.

So, instead of YunoHost, I suggest FreedomBox.
