We have changed the prototype of hpx::init() slightly. I think we have even 
updated the docs. Where did you take the fibonacci_local.cpp from, it looks 
outdated. Please use the example code matching the version of HPX you're 
compiling against (see: 
https://github.com/STEllAR-GROUP/hpx/blob/master/examples/quickstart/fibonacci_local.cpp).
